What does my payment entitle me to?
Your one-off payment allows you unlimited access to that particular unit or units. To gain access to further units, you simply need to return to this page to purchase those that are available.
What is the ordering process?
Once you have ordered, a unique username and password will be forwarded to you by email, which when entered into the login page for that unit or units will then give you unlimited access.
What is a zip file?
The ZIP file format is a popular data compression and archival format. A ZIP file contains one or more files that have been compressed or stored.ZIP compatibility is built into Windows XP, and Mac OS 10.3 and later.
If you are running an older operating system, you may need to download the ZIP program from winzip.com|.
How do I download a zip file?
Follow these steps for unzipping a file:

Click on the link for the file you want to download

Click on Save in the dialogue box and chose where to save the file

Click Close when the file has downloaded and navigate to where you have saved the file

Click on the file to open the Winzip dialogue box and chose Extract from menu bar

Choose where to extract the files to (make sure 'Use folder names' is checked) and click Extract

Navigate to the extracted folder.
Which file formats are included in the units?
The following file formats have been used in the units:

Microsoft Word (.doc), Excel (.xls) and PowerPoint (.ppt)

Adobe Flash (.fla), published Flash (.swf) and Dreamweaver (.dwt)

Html (.html) and Game Maker (.gmk)
However there are some executable (.exe) files and as such, you may receive a security warning from your computer when you try to run them. Heinemann has scanned all these files for viruses.
Which software versions have been used?
All of the files Microsoft files have been created in Office 2007 but saved as Office 97-2003 documents to ensure compatibility with most systems. Similarly with the Adobe files, they have been created in CS3 version software but have been saved to be compatible with previous versions.
How long do the units take to download?
Next to each file download link is its size in MegaBytes (MB). This is to give you an indication of download speed. For instance, a 10MB file might take up to 5 minutes to download if you are using a broadband internet connection.
